STUDENT AGREEMENT

It is important that I work to the best of my ability; therefore, I shall strive to do the following:

• Attend school regularly.
• Be on time for each class.
• Pay attention and have a good attitude.
• Help to keep my school safe.
• Ask for help when I need it.
• Complete my assignments on time.
• Monitor my grades on Infinite Campus.
• Respect and cooperate with other students and adults.

PARENT/GUARDIAN AGREEMENT

I want my child to achieve; therefore, I will encourage him/her by doing the following:

• See that my child is punctual and attends school regularly.
• Support the school in its efforts to maintain proper discipline.
• Provide a quiet, well-lit place for study.
• Encourage my child’s efforts, be available for questions, and model reading for my child.
• Monitor my child’s grades on Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
• Participate in shared decision making with school staff.
• Communicate the importance of education.
• Make every effort to attend school events and parent conferences.

Teacher Agreement

I want every student at HWJH to be successful now and in the future; therefore, I will do the following:

• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children.

• Support parents’ efforts to maximize their child’s learning potential.
